AI, UGC, Licensing & Production Terms
- “UGC-style” means content created in an authentic creator-style format. It does not imply that the person shown is an independent customer or unpaid reviewer.
- External UGC creators, influencers, actors, models, voice talent, hair and makeup, wardrobe, props, sets, studio rental, location fees, permits, and specialized crew are not included unless stated in a signed scope.
- EARY Digital will not fabricate testimonials, reviews, endorsements, customer experiences, results, or identities.
- Client approval and appropriate consent are required before using a person's face, voice, name, likeness, testimonial, or personal information.
- AI voice cloning, face cloning, digital replicas, or realistic synthetic depictions of identifiable people require explicit written authorization and an approved use case.
- AI-generated or materially altered content must use appropriate disclosures when required by law, platform policy, advertising rules, or the agreed campaign context.
- AI output may contain errors or artifacts and must receive human review before delivery or publication.
- Clients are responsible for approving claims, offers, product information, regulated statements, and final content before publication.
- EARY Digital will use client-provided, original, properly licensed, or permitted source material. Clients must have the right to supply any assets they provide.
- Platform publishing, community management, paid-media spend, boosted posts, influencer fees, stock-asset fees beyond the agreed allowance, and third-party AI usage fees are separate unless included in a signed scope.
- Unedited RAW photo files and unedited video footage are not included unless specifically added to the scope.
- “Reasonable revisions” cover changes to the existing concept or edit and do not include a new concept, reshoot, new talent, or material scope change.
- Travel outside the standard service area and additional locations may require a custom quote.
- Monthly turnaround begins after the production session is complete and all required client materials, access, approvals, and brand assets are received.
